My husband and I were first time home buyers and wanted to explore different homes, get a feel for various neighborhoods, etc. but were not sure where to start. Kathy was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of houses to help us get a feel for what we wanted. As we became more intentional in narrowing down what we wanted in our first home, Kathy was very helpful and patient. She was always available for showings and to answer the many questions we had. Kathy was great in helping us buy our first home. She was very responsive to any questions we had and available at a moments notice to tour houses. She has intimate knowledge of the homebuying process and the details of a mortgage contract. She went through it line through line with us, which provided comfort as first time homebuyers. Since we were out of town the majority of the listing time she was instrumental in making certain everything was perfect. She also assisted with some of the inspection items which were to be corrected or investigated. She worked very diligently to make certain we got the best offer.
